in 2002 compared with 3654 in 2001 and 5375 in 2000.
The National
Vehicle & Driver File system was implemented
in Kilkenny Motor Tax as and from the 1st December, 2001.
The National Car Test now requires that all cars over four
years old qualify to be tested.
