Books of Condolence open in City Hall for Carrickmines fire victims and Garda killed on duty

Books of condolence open at City Hall, Kilkenny

Members of the public are invited to sign Books of Condolence for the 10 people killed in the Carrickmines fire on Saturday and the Garda who died on duty in Louth on Sunday.
