KILKENNY BOROUGH COUNCIL CASUAL TRADING BYE-LAWS 2013
Kilkenny Borough Council proposes to make Casual Trading Bye-Laws in respect of the area comprising Kilkenny under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995.
Copies of the DRAFT Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2013 can be inspected at the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, during normal office hours, being Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., until Monday 25th March, 2013.
Any person can make submissions or observations in writing in respect of these DRAFT Bye-Laws to the undersigned on or before Tuesday 9th April, 2013.
