Please note that the National Driver Licences Service, Unit 2E, 1st Floor, Cillin Hill Centre, Dublin Road, Kilkenny are the responsible Authority for the issue of Driving Licences, Learner Permits, etc., with effect from Tuesday 29th October 2013.
