Press Release Update on High Court Hearing

Date: 11th September 2014

Yesterday, Wednesday 10th September 2014, the High Court conducted a hearing in respect of proceedings against Kilkenny County Council in respect of the Ossory Pedestrian Bridge and the Kilkenny Central Access Scheme Bridge. The Court indicated that a decision on the proceedings will issue on Monday 15th September, 2014, at 4pm. In the meantime Kilkenny County Council is restrained from undertaking in-stream or edge of river works associated with the Ossory Pedestrian Bridge and the Kilkenny Central Access Scheme Bridge.
