Press Release - Funding for unfinished Housing Estates

Works will be undertaken in a number of housing developments over the next couple of months with a view to accelerating the taking in charge of the estates.

Funding has been approved by the Department of Housing, Planning, Community & Local Government.

Co-operation of the residents would be appreciated to enable the works to be carried out as quickly as possible. The following developments will have works carried out such as CCTV surveys, road repairs and in some cases minor landscaping.

• Briarswood, Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny
• Chapelgate, Kilmacow, Co. Kilkenny
• College Square, Kilkenny
• Cooleigh, Carrigeen, Co. Kilkenny
• Hazelbrook, Ballyhale, Co. Kilkenny
• Lintown Hall, Johnswell Road, Kilkenny
• Rose Hill Court, Kilkenny
• The Weir, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny
• and Access Road, Belmont, Ferrybank, Co. Kilkenny
