Are You Registered to Vote at the Referendum - Lisbon Treaty
You cannot vote at the Referendum on 12th June 2008 unless you are on the Register of Electors.

If you are not on the Register, you may be eligible to apply for inclusion on the Supplement. To be eligible for inclusion, you must be:
- A citizen of Ireland
- 18 years of age by polling day; and
- ordinarily resident in the State.
If you have moved address recently and are registered elsewhere, you may apply to get on the Supplement at your new address.
Your application must be witnessed by:
A member of the Garda Síochana in your local Garda Station or, if you cannot attend your local Garda Station, by an official of your City or County Council provided you state the reason why you were unable to attend your Garda Station. If, because of a physical illness or physical disability, you cannot attend either your local Garda Station or your City or County Council office, your application form must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
- Application forms are available from Kilkenny County Council, Corporate Services, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny or Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall Kilkenny and the final date for the receipt of completed forms is Saturday 24th May 2008.
- The offices of Kilkenny County Council ,County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny will be open to receive applications for inclusion in the Supplementary Register from Monday 12th May until Friday 23rd May from 9.00am until 5.00pm and on Saturday 24th May from 10.00a.m. until 4.00p.m.
