Extinguishment of Public Right of Way at the following location:-

Local Tertiary Road No. LT 10194 (836) in the townland of
Newtown, Kells,

Co. Kilkenny.

The right-of-way to be extinguished refers to a distance of approximately 430 m from the north eastern end of this laneway, locally referred to as Gormans/Brennans Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of theRoads Act, 1993 has made an order extinguishing the public right-of-way described above with effect from midnight on Monday, 21st July, 2008.
