Kilkenny City Temporary Traffic Management Scheme.
A one-way traffic system will be in operation in Patrick Street from its junction with The Parade to its junction with Ormonde Road (Blue Bar) to facilitate the undergrounding of E.S.B. networks and the provision of new public lighting. Traffic will flow from Patrick Street to the Parade.

Kilkenny County Council will reopen the road to two-way Traffic each Friday at 17.00 - to Monday morning at 07.00 each weekend during duration of the works.
Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience and delays caused during these operations. The works will have long term benefits for the City when complete.
