The N10 Eastbound from Kilkenny Ring Road/(Hebron Road) Roundabout to the M9 Junction 8 at Dunbell. | Traffic heading northwards along the M9 towards Kilkenny Carlow and Dublin from Waterford direction should exit at Junction 9 Danesfort, travel northwards along the N10 to the Kilkenny Ring Road, continue eastwards along the Kilkenny Ring Road (N10) to the Carlow road Roundabout, turn right onto the R712 towards Paulstown, turn left at the Roundabout immediately south of Paulstown and rejoin the M9 at Junction 7 Paulstown. · Traffic heading northwards which would normally enter Kilkenny via exit 8 Dunbell and the N10 link road can continue to do so. · Traffic heading southwards from Carlow and Dublin towards Kilkenny and Waterford on the M9 should exit at Junction 7 Paulstown, take the R712 towards Kilkenny at Paulstown, continue to the Carlow Road Roundabout, turn left onto the Ring Road (N10), continue westwards along the Ring Road to the Waterford Road, turn southwards there and continue on the N10 and rejoin the M9 at Junction 9 Danesfort. · All traffic which would normally enter or leave the M9 between junction 7 Paulstown and junction 9 Danesfort should continue to use the R712 and R713. · Traffic heading northwards from Kilkenny City shall use the R712 towards Paulstown and enter the M9 at Junction 7 Paulstown while traffic heading southwards should take the N10 to Junction 9 Danesfort and join the M9 there. | From 0600hrs on Monday 8th October 2012.
