In accordance with Article 179 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 2000 and Part 8 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations, 2001, Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following developments:
Construction of a Single Storey Dwelling and associated Site Works at Timberroe, Mooneenroe Co. Kilkenny
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at the offices of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny from 18rd April 2008 until 16th May 2008 between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the undersigned, not later than 30th May 2008 at 12.00 noon
