NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF RATE BOOKS FOR INSPECTION AND OF INTENTION TO MAKE RATE - COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF KILKENNY.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kilkenny County Council are about to make rates on the property rateable there
to in the County Health District of Kilkenny.
The Annual Rate on Valuation (formerly Rate in the Pound) for the ordinary expenditure of the County
Council for the services of the financial year ending December 31st, 2008 is 52.31
The Gross Revenue Expenditure is as follows:

Rates will not be levied on Domestic property, on the residential portion of business premises and on
secondary schools, bona fide Community Halls and on farm out-buildings.
The Rate Books are deposited for the inspection of any Ratepayer in the Offices of Kilkenny County Council
and will be there open for inspection between the hours of 10 a.m and 4 p.m during the fourteen days
following the date hereof, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
