All items will be available for inspection in Kilkenny County Council Machinery Yard, Hebron Industrial Estate, Kilkenny, 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday from 12th April 2010 to 22nd April 2010.

All items are to be tendered for individually - No ‘block’ tenders to be accepted.
All tenders are to be in a sealed envelope marked ‘Sale of Plant 2010’ and addressed to:
John Mulholland,
Director of Services,
Corporate Affairs, Roads and Emergency Services,
Kilkenny County Council,
County Hall,
John Street,
Kilkenny.
Closing date for the receipt of tenders is 12 noon on Friday 23rd April 2010
Should Kilkenny County Council proceed with the sale, the highest tender shall be deemed the most successful.
Following confirmation of successful tender, payment is required within 7 days and collection will be available once payment has cleared, and must be collected within 7 days.
