PUBLICATION OF REGISTER OF ELECTORS 2008/2009

Take notice the Register of Electors 2008/2009 has been published by me on the 1st
February, 2008 and will be open for public inspection at :-

1. The County Council Offices, County Hall, John St., Kilkenny.
2. The County Registrar's Office, Kilkenny.
3. The City Hall, Kilkenny.
4. Your Local Garda Station.
5. Your Local Post Office.
6. Public Libraries - City Library, Loughboy, Callan, Thomastown, Graignamanagh, Urlingford and Castlecomer.
7. Kilkenny County Council Area Offices at Callan, Castlecomer, Thomastown and
   Newrath.

N.B. If you are not on the Register of Electors which will come into force on 15th February 2008, you can still vote if you apply to be included in the Supplement to the Register which will be prepared prior to any election/referendum held during the period 15/02/08 to 14/02/09 provided you fulfill the following conditions: -

• You are 18 years of age
• You are ordinarily resident at the address of registration.

Application forms for inclusion in the Supplement (RFA2) are available from the
Undersigned
