Temporary Closure of Roads

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the DECISION of Kilkenny County Council to EXTEND the duration of the closure to Traffic of the following roads until Friday, 16^th May 2014 to facilitate works associated with the Kilkenny Water Conservation & Network Management Project (Contract No. 3).

Road to be Closed	Alternative Routes	Duration of Closure
LS8203 Station Road / Marshes St, Thomastown from its junction with the LS8202 at Newtown to its junction with the R448, Market Street, Thomastown.	Via the R700 Lady's Well Street and the LS8300 to Newtown or via the R700 Lady’s Well St / Kilkenny Road and LS8202 Legan Lane to Newtown.	From 6am on Wednesday, 12th February 2014 to 6pm on Friday, 16th May 2014

Please note, the road will not be closed for the full duration outlined above. Signage will be in place when the closure is implemented.
