Temporary Closure of Roads

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council on behalf of Carlow Car Club to close to public traffic the following roads for the purpose of a hill climb/sprint event from 16th September to 17th September 2017 inclusive. The road closures shall operate between 08.00 and 18.30 hrs.

Local access shall be facilitated in as far as practicable during the hours of the road closures.
Local diversions will be in place. Appropriate signage will be erected on site.
