Notice of intention to extinguish the Public Right-of-Way at the following location:
Road No. LT 58652 in the Townland of Corbetstown, Co Kilkenny
Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to extinguish the public right-of-way at the above location. The public right-of-way to be extinguished is indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Office of Kilkenny County Council, John Street, Kilkenny or at the Castlecomer Area Office of Kilkenny County Council, Kilkenny Street, Castlecomer during normal office hours 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays until Friday 7th of November 2014.
Any representation or objection to the proposal may be made in writing addressed to the undersigned not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 21st November .
It should be noted that any person making such representation or objection may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Local Authority for that purpose.
