NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close to Public Traffic the following public road on Sunday, 22nd July, 2012 to facilitate the Carrick-on-Suir Motor Club Hill Climb at Garryduff, Piltown:-
