EXTINGUISHMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION:-

Part of disused public right of way over private lands at Belview Port, Gorteens, Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny - length 150m approx.

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, has made an order extinguishing the public right-of-way described above with effect from midnight on 21st January, 2013.
