R697 through Kells village closed to through traffic from Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th July between 09:00 and 19:00hrs

Please be advised that the R697 through Kells village, Co. Kilkenny shall be closed to through traffic from Thursday 23rd & Friday 24th July between 09:00 and 19:00hrs each day.
The traffic diversion route shall be via the LP4200 from Sevenhouses Cross to Danefort Cross, N10/R713 to Knocktopher & finally the R699 to Baurscoob Cross via Dunamaggin.

Some traffic delays and disruption are to be expected during the period.
Kilkenny County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.

***This work in weather dependent so may be cancelled if weather conditions are not considered to be favourable***
