Under Section 10 of the above Act, it is the decision of Kilkenny County Council to impose a Road Works Speed Limit from 16th June to 23rd July 2010 as detailed below.

1. LP4214 for a distance of 1300m from Codys X north to junction with LP4213 at Westmoreland in vicinity of Hugginstown, Co. Kilkenny.
2. LP4213 for a distance of 1350m from Gormans X south to junction with LP4212 at Kylevea in vicinity of Hugginstown, Co. Kilkenny.
3. R695 at Westcourt. From a point 100m west of its junction with the N76 at Callan to a point 1000m west of said point.
