Update Road Closures 18/10/2017 11:00am

Four roads remain closed to traffic due to continuing works as follows;
- Rathpatrick (cul de sac - waiting on ESB to clear live wires - currently no definite timeframe from ESB)
- Stoneyford to Norelands (remains closed for today to allow tree clearance - expected to open by 6pm)
- Ballintlea Mullinavat (waiting on ESB to clear live wires - currently no definite timeframe from ESB)
- Newchurch Kilmaganny (Eir working to remove pole - expected to open by 1pm)

Additional reports of problems with minor roads are still being received by our offices and are currently being investigated by council staff. This may necessitate short term closures of minor roads to deal with any issues arising.
Motorists are reminded that branches and debris remain on many roads. Please drive with caution.
