HOW TO QUALIFY

Who is Eligible?
You need to be a first-time buyer (certain exceptions) and need to be in full-time employment.

Income Limits?
For Single Income Household - Gross Income cannot exceed €50,000 in last tax year.
Joint Income Household - Gross income cannot exceed €75,000 in last tax year .
