Notice of adoption of Variation No. 10 to the Kilkenny City & Environs Development Plan (2002): The accommodation of the recommendations of the proposed Loughmacask Local Area Plan
Kilkenny County Council and Kilkenny Borough Council formally adopted Variation No. 10 of Kilkenny City & Environs Development Plan at meetings of the County Council and Borough Council on the 14th April, 2008.
The Variation is available for inspection at the Planning Department of Kilkenny County
Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny, during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday

(the zoning map to the Thomastown Development Plan), at a meeting of the County Council on the 19th November, 2007.

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council being the Planning Authority for the County of Kilkenny has adopted Variation No. 8 of Kilkenny County Development Plan Revision of Rural Housing Policy to take account of the Sustainable Rural Housing Guidelines April 2005, at a meeting of the County Council on the 16th January, 2006.
The Variation can be viewed at the links below and is also available at the Planning Department of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny, during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
