Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council being the Planning Authority for the County of Kilkenny has adopted Amendment No. 1 of the Ballyragget Local Area Plan.
Copies of Amendment No. 1 of the Ballyragget Local Area Plan are available at the following locations:-
Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (including lunchtime)

For the purposes of Amendment No. 1 of the Ballyragget Local Area Plan the following amendments were adopted:
The rezoning of lands of 0.08 Hectares (0.2 acres) at Station Road, Ballyragget from Open Space/Amenity/Recreation use to residential use.
