NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY A LOCAL AUTHORITY.
In accordance with Article 179 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 2000 and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following development:
- Construction of 2 no reservoirs at Ballinvoher / Belmount, Ferrybank, Co. Kilkenny
Plans and particulars for the above proposal will be available for inspection at the offices of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm from Friday 29th May, 2009 to Friday 26th June, 2009 (inclusive).
Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed developments, dealing with the proper planning of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the undersigned, not later than Friday 10th July 2009 at 12 noon.
