The Road Safety Authority presents ‘Leading Lights in Road Safety’ Awards

RSA Leading Lights Awards 2016

Every year, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) presents 'Leading Lights in Road Safety' Awards to exceptional individuals and organisations who have made a concerted effort to promote road safety in their school, business, community or workplace. And this year, we want your help to make sure these unsung heroes are recognised.

We would like to ask you to consider if there is anyone you know who deserves to be recognised for the great work they are doing to promote road safety. It could be a teacher in a local school who has devised a campaign to keep their students safe; a sports team who has made road safety part of their club's culture or a community member who actively campaigns to keep your local roads safe. It could even be you.

So, if you, or someone you know, have made a concerted and demonstrable effort to keep the roads safe over the past twelve months, you should consider submitting an entry to the 2016 'Leading Lights in Road Safety' Awards to get the recognition you or they deserve for the contribution to making the roads safer for everyone.

Details are available on the Road Safety Authority's website at www.rsa.ie/leadinglights where you can enter your nomination online. The closing date for nominations is Tuesday 1st November, 2016 at 5p.m.

The winning entries will be presented with a 'Leading Lights in Road Safety' Award at a ceremony in Farmleigh House, Dublin on Wednesday 14th December 2016.

If you have any queries about how to enter, please get in touch with the RSA at leadinglights@rsa.ie

We look forward to hearing from you!

Kind Regards,
The Leading Lights in Road Safety Awards Team
