TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the INTENTION of Kilkenny County Council to close to Public Traffic the following public roads commencing Wednesday, 12th February, 2014 to facilitate works associated with the Kilkenny Water Conservation & Network Management Project (Contract No. 3).

via the R700 Lady's Well St / Kilkenny Road and LS8202 Legan Lane to Newtown.

Please note, the road will only be closed for a period of approx. 4 weeks within the duration outlined above and signage will be in place when the closure is implemented. Local and business access will be maintained and it is anticipated that the road will be re-opened at weekends during the closure period.
Any person objecting to the proposed temporary closure of this road may lodge their objection in writing to the undersigned not later than 12 noon on Friday, 31st January, 2014.
