NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the DECISION of Kilkenny County Council to close to Public Traffic the following road, at the times and dates specified for the purposes of facilitating works to be undertaken by Iarnrod Eireann at the railway level crossing at Lavistown, Co. Kilkenny.
