Notice of Intention to Close Road - Tybroughney Road 3rd Feb to 26th of April

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close to Public Traffic the following public roads commencing Monday, 3rd February, 2014 to facilitate works associated with the Kilkenny Water Conservation & Network Management Project (Contract No. 3).

Please note, the road will only be closed periodically within the duration outlined above and signage will be in place when the closure is implemented. Local and business access will be maintained and it is anticipated that the road will be re-opened at weekends during the closure period.
Any person objecting to the proposed temporary closure of this road may lodge their objection in writing to the undersigned not later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 15th January, 2014.
