NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the decision of Kilkenny County Council to close to Public Traffic the following public roads commencing Thursday, 23rd May, 2013 to facilitate the installation of a cattle underpass. Local diversions will be in place and alternative routes will be signposted..
