Notice of Intention to Close Road - Kennyswell Road for Road Improvements & Bridge works 15 July to 31 August 2013

SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS
Notice is Hereby Given for the above Local Authority to close public traffic sections of the Kennyswell Road for the purpose of Road Improvements and Bridge works within the period of Monday 15th July to Saturday 31st August 2013.
- Local residents will be notified in advance of the works.
- Local diversions will be in place and local access will be provided where possible.
- The road will be closed for the duration of the works only, generally a maximum time frame of two weeks within the overall period identified above.

Any person objecting to the proposed temporary closure of these roads may lodge their objection in writing to the undersigned not later than 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday 2st July, 2013.
