Road Traffic Act 2004
Under Section 10 of the above Act, it is the intention of Kilkenny County Council to impose a Road Works Speed Limit from Friday 6th Sept. 2013 to Friday 29th Nov. 2013 as detailed below.
This Road Works Speed Limit is required to facilitate junction improvement works at Coppanagh Cross on the R705, Thomastown to Graiguenamanagh Road.
