Under Section 10 of the above Act, it is the decision of Kilkenny County Council to impose a Road Works Speed Limit from 19th November 2012 to 31st May 2013 as detailed below.

1. LS5021 for a distance of 1100m south from its junction with the LS5022 at Gortnagap Cross Roads.
2. LS5039 for a distance of 760m north from its junction with the R691 in the vicinity of Desart Demesne.
3. LS5035 from a point 200m west of its junction with the LS5039 to a point at 1350m east of said point in the vicinity of Desart Demesne.
4. LS5043 from a point 1125m east of its junction with the R697 (Kells Rd) to a point 1200m north of said point in the vicinity of Garranstan/Ladyswell, Kells. | 19th November 2012 to 31st May 2013. | 50km/hr |
