Under Section 10 of the above Act, it is the decision of Kilkenny County Council to impose a Road Works Speed Limit from 19th March to 25th October 2013 as detailed below.

- R692 from a point 1000m east of the County Bounds to a point 1000m east of said point at Attateenoe.

- LP1017, for a distance of 1700m south of its junction with the R692 at Lakyle.
