SECTION 38 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994

PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994,
Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce a one way system at the Fair Green, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny.

It is proposed that traffic will circulate the Fair Green in a clockwise direction only, with entry to the Fair Green from the N9 permitted at the west side of the Fair Green only.

Drawings showing the proposed works may be inspected at Kilkenny Co. Co. Area Offices at Ladywell St, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny during office hours from Wednesday 30th June 2010.

Representations relating to the proposed works should be made in writing to the undersigned at Kilkenny Co. Co., County Hall, John St., Kilkenny. The latest date for receipt of such representations is 12 noon on Friday 6th August 2010.
