Kilkenny County and Borough Council's approve submission of Environmental Impact Statement to an Bord Pleanala, in respect of Kilkenny Central Access Scheme

Members of Kilkenny County Council and Kilkenny Borough Council approved the submission of an application to An Bord Pleanala at a joint meeting of the Councils on Monday 26th May 2008.
