Public Notice - Permanent One Way System and Trial One Way System Kilkenny City from Tuesday 6th of April

 

Kilkenny County Council Hereby Gives Notice

Of its intention to implement a Trial One Way System on the following streets from Tuesday 6th April 2010;

John St from its junction with Maudlin St in a westerly direction,
Rose Inn St from Johns Bridge in a westerly direction &
High St from its junction with the Parade in a northerly direction.
The scheme will be reviewed on an ongoing basis over the summer period and its affects on vehicular traffic flow, pedestrian & cycle movements & traffic safety will be continually monitored.

A permanent One Way System is to be implemented on the following streets from Tuesday 06th April 2010;

Michael St from its junction with Wolfe Tone St in a south easterly direction
Back Lane from the Library car park to Michael St in a north easterly direction
New St & Jacob St from the entrance to McDonnalds car park in a clockwise direction to Patrick St
Fr. Hayden Rd from Patrick St to Castle Road in an easterly direction.
