Environmental Impact Statement
Malone O'Regan - Scott Wilson, Consulting Engineers, together with a team of Specialist Environmental Consultants, are currently preparing the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the N8 Cullahill to Cashel Improvement Scheme.
The contents of the EIS will adhere to the Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines as published by the EPA. The EIS will address the following environmental topics; Human Beings, Flora, Fauna, Soils and Geology, Water, Air, Climate, the Landscape, Material Assets and Cultural Heritage in accordance with the Statutory requirements and EPA guidelines.
Kilkenny County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, 1997 with effect from 21st October, 1998. If you consider that any information supplied by you is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will, in response to FOI requests, be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the FOI Act.
