Appointed Stands Bye Laws 2010

KILKENNY BOROUGH COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as "the Borough Council") in exercise of the powers vested on them by Section 84 (as substituted by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act 2002 [No 12 of 2002]) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) and having consulted with the Commissioner of the Garda Siochana hereby makes the following Bye-Laws in respect of the area comprising the Borough of Kilkenny.

Citation 1. These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Kilkenny Appointed Stands Bye-Laws 2010

Revocation 2. The Kilkenny Appointed Stands Bye-Laws 2003 are hereby revoked
