Parking Control Bye Laws 2012

Kilkenny Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Sections 4(2) and 36
respectively of the Road Traffic Act 1994, (No 7 of 1994) and having consulted with the
Commissioner of the Garda Síochana hereby make the following Bye-Laws in relation to the
control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in the Borough of Kilkenny.

Preliminary and General
Citation 1. These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Kilkenny Borough Council Parking Control Bye-Laws
2012.

Commencement 2(1) These Bye-Laws shall come into operation on the 17th April 2013.
