Discharge of Effluent to Waters - Licence Review of St. Patrick's Centre (Kilkenny) Ltd
Notice is hereby given by Kilkenny County Council of its intention to review Discharge Licence No. ENV / W / 34 as held by St. Patrick's Centre (Kilkenny) Ltd. (formerly Irish Sisters of Charity Services) for the discharge of effluent to the Breagagh River from a premises located at Reviewfields, Kells Road, Kilkenny.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at The Environment Section of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny. Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month of today's date.
