The Chief Executive

The Chief Executive

The Chief Executive performs his/her executive functions by means of a Chief Executive Order and may delegate responsibilities to the Senior Management Team and to other senior staff. Chief Executive Orders are made available to the Elected Members on a monthly basis. The Chief Executive & the Senior Management Team are responsible for implementing the decisions of the elected Council for assisting the Council in setting its strategic direction and the day to day operations of the Council business including the performance management and leadership & the development of their staff.
