Kilkenny County Council are pleased to announce that funding approval of €3.5 million has been granted by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government for the purchase of a further 18 Houses at Togher Way, Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny, under the Rebuilding Ireland Programme.

Six (6 no.) two bedroom houses and twelve (12 no.) three bedroom houses will be delivered this year by McStan Construction Ltd., (under a turnkey construction arrangement) on this former unfinished estate in Urlingford to the benefit of those on the housing list in the Urlingford Area.
