Notice of Adoption of Amendment 1 to the Ferrybank/Belview Local Area Plan 2009-2015

Kilkenny County Council adopted Amendment 1 to the Local Area Plan for Ferrybank/Belview at the meeting of the County Council on the 20th February, 2012.

The Amendment is available on this website below. It is also available for inspection at the Planning Department at County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of Amendment 1 are available for purchase from the Planning Department for €5.

Notice of Material Alteration to Proposed Amendment 1 to the Ferrybank/Belview Local Area Plan

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to materially alter Proposed Amendment 1 to the Ferrybank/Belview Local Area Plan. A copy of the Material Alteration may be inspected from Friday 6th January to 3rd February 2012 at the following locations from Monday to Friday:

The Material Alteration to the Proposed Amendment is available below.

Submissions or observations with respect to the Material Alteration, made in writing to the Director of Services, Planning, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and received before 4pm on the 3rd February 2012, will be taken into consideration before the Material Alteration is made. Submissions can also be made via email to localareaplans@kilkennycoco.ie

Copies of the Material Alteration will be available through the Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council.

Update 19th December 2011:

At the Council meeting on the 19/12/2011, the Council considered the Manager's Report on Submissions to Proposed Amendment 1 and resolved to materially alter Proposed Amendment 1 to the Ferrybank Belview Local Area Plan.

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to amend the Ferrybank/Belview Local Area Plan

A copy of the Proposed Amendment may be inspected from Friday 26th August 2011 to 7th October 2011 at the following locations from Monday to Friday:
