Kilkenny County Council Traffic Department opening hours are 9am - 1pm (Mon-Fri)

Parking Fines can be paid online or by ringing the office on 056-7794540. Applications for parking permits/ appeals can be forwarded by post or by email to trafficfines@kilkennycoco.ie.

These forms are available to download online.

There is also a drop box service at the main entrance of Kilkenny County Council.

You can pay your Traffic fines online using our Parking Fines Service or alternatively phone the following numbers to make payment by card:

  • Housing Loan/Rents/Rates/Fire Charge Payments: 056-7794229

  • Traffic Fine payments - 056-7794540


You can also send payment by cheque/postal order to Receipts Office, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny for processing.
