Your Council Day is the national campaign aimed at generating awareness of services and work done by local government. It highlights, promotes and celebrates the role of county and city councils across Ireland.
This year’s theme is Building Stronger Communities, so this Friday look out for videos and posts on Kilkenny County Council’s social media that will showcase some of the work Kilkenny County Council does to build stronger communities across the city and county. In the lead up to Council Day, at 1pm every day starting Monday 23rd June, we’ll also be highlighting other rewarding projects by Kilkenny County Council, so keep an eye out for them too.
Across social media, #YourCouncilDay will highlight the role of local authorities in Building Stronger Communities and the work of committed and passionate staff in Kilkenny County Council to support such.
