Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 19(1)(f) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2013, that Kilkenny County Council has resolved to extend the life of the Woodstock Local Area Plan to the 10th of November 2019 (the resolution was made on the 21st October 2013).

A copy of the Resolution and the Local Area Plan is available for inspection at the Planning Department, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is also available on the Council's website at www.kilkennycoco.ie

The 'Woodstock Local Area Plan 2008 - 2014' was formally adopted by the Council at a special Council Meeting held on Monday, 10th November, 2008. Copies are now available.

Notice of Proposed Amendments To Woodstock Draft Local Area Plan

Kilkenny County Council are in the process of making a Local Area Plan for Woodstock and propose to make a number of variations/modifications to the previously published Draft Plan.

The proposed amendments may be inspected at the Planning Office of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday for a period of 4 weeks from Monday 11th August to Monday 8th September 2008 (both dates inclusive but excluding Public Holidays).

A copy of the Proposed Amendments will also be available for inspection at the County Library, Johns Quay, Kilkenny and the branch Library, Loughboy during their normal opening hours.

A copy of the proposed amendments may also be downloaded from the Councils' websites from the link below from Monday, 11th August, 2008.

Submissions with respect to the Proposed Amendments, made in writing to the Director of Services, Planning Department, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and
received before 4pm on Monday, the 8th of September, will be taken into consideration before the Local Area Plan is made.

Notice of having prepared a Draft Local Area Plan for Woodstock

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the County of Kilkenny propose to make a Local Area Plan (LAP) for Woodstock.

A copy of the Draft Woodstock LAP may be inspected at the offices of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday for a period of 8 weeks from Friday 4th April, 2008 to Friday 30th May, 2008 (both dates inclusive but excluding Public Holidays).

A copy of the Draft LAP will also be available for inspection at the County Library, Johns Quay, Kilkenny and the branch Library, Loughboy during their normal opening hours.

Submissions with respect to the Draft Local Area Plan, made in writing to the Director of Services, Planning Department, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and received before 5pm on the 30th May 2008, will be taken into consideration before the Local Area Plan is made.
Copies of the Draft LAP will be available for purchase through the Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council at a cost of €20 for a hard copy or €5 for a CD.
