The Income & Expenditure Account summarises the expenditure on the day to day services provided by the council and provides details of how this expenditure is funded.

Capital Project Funding Arrangements

The Capital Account summarises expenditure by the Council on capital projects and how those projects are funded. The Council requires an identified funding source before it can initiate capital projects.
