Planning Clinics
Kilkenny County Council holds Planning Clinics to assist those with an interest in applying for planning permission (pre-application consultation) or in replying to requests for further information on existing planning applications.

Prior Appointment Necessary
It is necessary to make an appointment to attend a Planning Clinic. Either the applicant, their technical advisor or their elected public representative may seek an appointment. Appointments will then be arranged with the applicant/intended applicant and their technical agent by staff at the numbers listed above and it is necessary to book at least three clear working days before the Clinic in order to attend on the designated day.

If it is not possible to facilitate attendance on the designated day then an appointment will be made for the following Clinic.
